Watergen Water-from-Air technology will help Guatemala in case of an emergency

9 Jun. 2020

Watergen has donated a unit of the GEN-M Water-from-Air generator to Guatemala.

The generator was revealed in a press conference held on June 9 in Guatemala, in presence of the President, Alejandro Giammattei, who presented the generator and thanked Watergen for the important donation.

Following the press conference, we offer some highlights of the speech from the President:

    • I would like to thank the people of Israel, and Watergen specifically, for bringing the machine to Guatemala.
    • I believe the climate condition in Guatemala will be great for water-from-air technology as Watergen provides.
    • Guatemala government’s first responders teams and equipment are already located in the same place as the WaterGen machines, and it will be running in the next few days.

We are proud to have taken part in another successful deployment of our water-from-air technology for different communities around the world.
